Brian K. Wilson, Founder, President, & CEO of ADET, has 25 years of experience in the design, test and analysis of rotating machinery. His experience includes Romax Technology, Inc. where he served as Chief Technology Officer, Ford Motor Company where he held the position of NVH Technical Specialist and work as a consultant for SDRC (Now Siemens PLM). Wilson’s expertise is in rotating machinery dynamics, helping major OEMs worldwide to solve an assortment of drivetrain dynamics problems over the years. He currently serves as Vice-Chair on the AGMA Sound & Vibration Committee and sits on ASME’s Power and Transmission Gearing Committee. Wilson holds a BSME from Michigan State University.
Chris Baker, a principal in ADET, acts as an advisor to the business and focuses on strategy and partnership development. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Mechanical Simulation, well known for its VehicleSim family of products. Baker has extensive experience in the CAE and automotive markets, having previously held product management, business development, and engineering roles at MSC Software, Romax Technology, and Ford Motor Company, respectively. With a strong background in vehicle dynamics and expertise in deploying value-added engineering software in large organizations, Baker is excited to bring his experience to bear on the future success of ADET and its customers. Baker is a licensed professional engineer, and holds a BSE from Princeton University and MSE and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.
